4. Pull up on the two black looped straps at
the upper corners of the child seat to unsnap
the cushion protector flap.
5. Lower the seat cushion.
6. Pull the lap and shoulder belts cinch release
strap while pulling the shoulder belts fully
out. Refer to Figures 4 and 5.
