Application of caution labels
Caution labels are used to ensure safety during use of Mitsubishi
Electric inverters.
Apply the following labels to the inverter if the "retry function" and/
or "automatic restart after instantaneous power failure" have been
enabled.
 For the retry function
CAUTION
Stay away from the motor and machine.
They will start suddenly (after given
time has elapsed) when alarm occurs.
 For automatic restart after instantaneous power failure
CAUTION

Stay away from the motor and machine.
They will start suddenly (after reset
time has elapsed) when
instantaneous power failure occurs.
Application of motor control labels
Apply the following labels to the inverter to avoid connecting a
motor different from those intended for the motor control setting.
Induction motor setting
The inverter is set for the induction
motor control.
IM LED is ON during induction motor
control.
Do not drive a PM motor.
PM motor control setting
The inverter is set for the PM motor
control.
PM LED is ON during PM motor control.
Do not drive an induction motor.
General instruction
 For clarity, illustrations in this Instruction Manual may be drawn
with covers or safety guards removed. Ensure all covers and
safety guards are properly installed prior to starting operation.
For details on the PM motor, refer to the Instruction Manual of
the PM motor.
