Bluetooth

General information

The MP 200 integral Bluetooth interface provides a
means of transferring music wirelessly from devices
such as smart-phones, tablet PCs, etc. to the MP 200.

Source selection

Press the BT button on the front panel of the MP 200 or the
te control repeatedly if necessary until the source BLUETOOTH is shown in the display.

Setting up audio transfer

Before music from a Bluetooth-capable device can be
played through the MP 200, the external device must
first be registered to the MP 200. As long as the MP 200
is switched on and no device is connected, it is always
ready to receive. In this state the screen displays the
message not connected.
To establish a connection, carry out the following steps:
• Start the search for Bluetooth devices on your mobile device.
• If the MP 200 is found, select it for pairing.
If the connection is successfully established, the device name of the connected device is shown at the
bottom right of the display.

Playback

Information on the piece of music currently being played is displayed on the screen of the MP 200 if this
function is supported by the device connected to the unit.
The behaviour and method of operating the connected mobile device are determined by the device itself.
Usually, playback can be controlled via the buttons on the remote control (start/stop, pause, skip).
To control the MP 200 the mobile device must be conform to the Bluetooth AVRCP protocol.
