4. Check and fasten the I/O ports at the control interface board, including the connection between the control board
and the control interface board, as well as between the temperature and humidity sensor board and the control
interface board.
5. Check the connection between the user terminals (70#, 71#, 37#, 38#) and the control interface board
6. Check the output connection between the control interface board and various components, including various
contactors and solenoid valves for liquid pipes. Check the input connection between control interface board and
various components, including high pressure switches, heating over-temperature protection switch, discharging
temperature sensor and high pressure sensor. In particular, check the inserting terminals such as high pressure
switches and heating over-temperature protection switch, and replace the component if it is found loosened or in poor
connection.
7. Replace the electric components that are detected faulty, such as faulty control fuses (or MCBs) and control
boards.
8. Check the trunking or insulation condition of the control and power cable connected to the condenser from the
indoor unit and the condenser, and replace the cable when necessary.
9. Use temperature/humidity measuring meter with high precision to proof-read and calibrate the
temperature/humidity sensor.
10. Regulate the setting point, and inspect the action of various function components according to the control logic.
11. Simulate and inspect the working states of protection units such as high/low pressure alarm, high/low temperature
alarm, high water level alarm and over-temperature protection.
12. Check sensors.
7.4.3 Water Leak Detector
Lay water leak detectors and confirm alarm information through the controller.
The detector should be placed away from any water pool or drainage trench on the floor, 2m ~ 2.5m away from the
unit. Do not place it directly under the machine. The recommended location for the water leak detector is shown in
Figure 7-1.
Before connecting any mechanical parts or cables, make sure the power supply of the control unit has been
disconnected.
Do not use the water leak detector adjacent to flammable liquid or use it to detect flammable liquid.
7.5 Air Filter Maintenance Guidance
The efficiency of the configured filter is 30%, in compliance of the America ASHRAE52-76, Eurovent 4/5 standard,
and the dust resistance value is 90% (EU4 standard). To ensure effective operation, the controller has set the filter
maintenance and alarm logic. The fan operating time is 2160 hours by default (the operating time is settable
according to local operating environment), and the filter maintenance alarm is triggered. You should check and
