    PARTS AND FEATURES CONTROL PANEL CONTROL PANEL Power On and Off Plug into the main socket. The "- -" icon will appear on the display as shown below. Press the POWER button once to turn the unit on. Press the POWER button once more to turn the unit off. Cool Mode Press the POWER button to turn the unit on.

  • Page 10 PARTS AND FEATURES Timer mode The timer allows the user to program the air conditioner starting time or shutoff time. Timer ON setting Plug in the unit; it will go in Standby mode. Press the "timer" button, then the Timer indicator and number of hours on the screen will flash. Tap or hold the UP arrow (▲) or the DOWN arrow (▼) to change starting time, in 0.5 hour increments up to 10 hours, then in 1 hour increments up to 24 hours.
  • Page 11 REMOTE CONTROL FEATURES INSERTING OR REPLACING THE BATTERIES Remove the cover at the back of the remote control. Replace the old batteries with two new "AAA" 1.5V batteries, inserting them according to the polarity (see the instructions inside the battery compartment). Replace the cover. Point the remote control at the control panel on the unit.

    OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS USING THE REMOTE CONTROL TURNING THE UNIT ON Plug air conditioner into the outlet. Press the POWER button on the remote (when turned on, the unit starts operating in the same mode as when it was turned off). To switch the unit off, press POWER button again, then remove the plug.

In this mode, you can select fan speed "Hi", "Med", "Low" or "Auto" by pressing the Fan speed button. Press the "▼" and "▲" button to select desired temperature. Note: The unit will run in energy saver (EC0) mode when used for the first time.

Replace the drain cap on the drain outlet when no condensate flows out.
