Troubleshooting USB
Problem
The printer is not recognized
automatically.
Windows has already configured the

USB settings.

Turn off the power of this printer, and then reconnect the USB
cable. Make sure the cable is securely connected to the USB
ports, and then turn on the power again.
Open Windows' Device Manager, and then, under [Universal
Serial Bus controllers], remove any conflicting devices.
Conflicting devices have a [!] or [?] icon by them. Take care not
to accidentally remove required devices. For details, see
Windows Help.
