Heat the oil to a temperature of approx. 150 °C.
Put 2 thin slices of bread or a bit of parsley
into the frying basket
Put the frying basket
and close the lid
Wait until the oil no longer stops spitting, and
then take out the frying basket
should now have its own flavour again.

What to do with the old oil?

DAMAGE TO MATERIAL AND
THE ENVIRONMENT!
Frying oil should not be disposed
of into drains or the toilet! The
oil solidifies and can block the
drains.
Oil can be disposed of as house-
hold waste in the customary
household quantities.

Do not put the oil directly into
the wheelie bin, but first place
it into the original packaging or
a plastic bag.
You can also take the oil to a
designated collection point for
used oil.

Overheating protection

In case of any overheating, the overheating
protection will operate. The product will auto-
matically be switched off until manually reset.
To reset the overheating protection, first
unplug and cool down the product.
Press the RESET button
