Operating and Maintenance Instructions
Upgrading/downgrading the installation after mapping all sensors
When upgrading/downgrading the installation with the purpose of adding or removing sensors, it is necessary to
run the Sensor Mapper again. The currently stored sensor map must be erased by going to "Main Menu ->
Advanced Settings -> Erase Sensor Map". The controller will then power cycle and automatically enter "Sensor
Mapping" mode.

8.3 Reading the volume from individual sensors (direct and shared sensors)

A simple "2 fan 1 sensor" system is used as an example. Only the airline connections and the sensor's 0-10V wire
are shown below for explanation purposes:
The individual volume readings are displayed in the fan status screen as shown below:
The "D" character
Figure 22 – Fan status screen showing individual sensor readings in m3/h
When looking at the status screen of fan 1, the volume reading line contains a "D" character prefix which indicates
that the sensor's 0-10V output is connected directly to the 0-10V input of fan 1.
However, when looking at the status screen of fan 2, the volume reading line does not contain the "D" prefix which
indicates that the volume reading of fan 2 depends on sensor 1 (S1).

Fault Indication

The controller displays faults respecting the priority level of each fault type as shown below:
Loss of Modbus communication between the controller and the fans – High Priority
Fan Alarms – Medium Priority
Fan Warnings – Low Priority

9.1 Loss of communication and fan alarms indications

When the controller loose communication with a fan, or identifies a fan alarm, it will switch on the red LED and skip
to that fan's status screen. If another loss of communication (or fan alarm) is identified in a different fan, the
controller will skip to that fan's status screen to always display the most recent fault.
Please note that screen skipping will not occur when the controller is at the "Power Meter and Summary Screen".
In that case, the controller will switch on the red LED and update the summary text to include the total number of
fans experiencing an alarm and/or a communication loss.
