IMPORTANT: When powering the controller using the 10V 10mA output from the fans it is required to use at
least two fans' power supplies connected in parallel to provide enough current to the controller

CAUTION: Risk of damaging the fans if two power supplies are connected at the same time:
Do not connect fans' 10VDC output to the controller if the controller is powered from an external power

5.4.2 Controlling the fan array speed using the controller's RS485 Slave port (Modbus Control Mode)

The controller is configured to receive Modbus commands from an external device connected to its RS485 slave
port e.g. a BMS. The speed setpoint can be changed by writing a new value to the controller's Modbus holding
register address 4. The value must be between 0 and 100 which the controller will then broadcast the new speed
setpoint to all connected fans whilst retaining monitoring and alarm functionality.
