Troubleshooting

Use the troubleshooting guide below to identify probable service action.
Once a service action plan has been developed refer to service action section for
service action procedure.

Click the pump into a charger connected to
AC power
Replace Battery
Replace the main PCB (ref. sec. 5.1)
Replace non-CME set. Use only BodyGuard
tubing set
Repeat pressure calibration
Check for mechanical obstruction of the
cam shaft and gears.
Replace Motor PCB
(ref. sec. 5.1)
Repeat pressure calibration procedure if
persists, replace pressure sensor
Replace pressure sensor and recalibrate.
(ref. sec. 3)
Turn the pump off and on again and set
pump to operate on 0.1 ml/hr
When the motor can't turn, check for
mechanical obstruction. If the problem
persists, replace motor PCB.
Turn the pump off and on. If the problem
persists, replace motor PCB.
Visually check encoders and verify no
mechanical obstruction
Replace main PCB (ref. sec. 5.1)
