Replace Bimetal Switch/Sensor and
Fixing Mat Set

Unscrew and open wire holders on left side of Main PCB .

Remove wire connectors from Main PCB .
Wire Holder

Remove the 2 screws from the Bimetal Switch/Sensor
Fixing Mat . Remove wires from below the Mat .

Loosen the 2 screws on Mat terminal block and remove the
wires from sensor .

Place new Mat and secure down with the 2 screws .

Attach wires from Bimetal Switch/Sensor to the terminal
block on Main PCB and tighten the screws .

Replace the wire connectors to the Main PCB .
8
Close and secure with a screw the wire holder on the left
side of the Main PCB .
9
Replace Roller Assembly .

Phillips screwdriver
Mat Screws
