Set up Backup/Log Mode
The device reports GPRMC data to the server/cell phone normally via GSM/GPRS/3G mobile network.
When the GSM/GPRS/3G is not in service or the GSM/GPRS/3G signal is poor, the GPRMC data will not be able
to report to the server.
User can use this command to define the historical GPRMC data will be ignored directly or saved to flash memory
and send to the server when GSM/GPRS/3G service is recovered.
Setup format：#「MU201S2」,「Password」,「Function mode」, 「Backup Mode」*

Mode 21 defines the historical data Backup mode.
0 Disable Backup or Log function completely.
1 Enable Backup function, the device will log the data when there is no
GSM/GPRS/3G reception.
