ACHINE ANDLING HOPPER REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT To remove the hopper for replacement or maintenance, follow these steps. 1. Unlock and open the maindoor. 2. Turn the machine power off. 3. Close the maindoor. 4. Make sure the coin bowl is empty and open the hopper drawer.

ACHINE ANDLING SERVICE GAME This function allows simulated game play for test or promotional purposes. The service game is only available while the front door is open and no credits are on the credit meter. When the service game starts 10,000 virtual credits are booked to the credit meter.
ROUBLESHOOTING CLEARING STATUS- AND ERROR MESSAGES Occasionally, machines encounter a problem that forces the machine into a machine lock (tilt) that has to be cleared. Also some on-screen messages require to be confirmed by an attendant. For example: If the logic box was opened, the message "LOGIC BOX OPEN - TURN THE AUDIT KEY"...
ROUBLESHOOTING CLEARING HOPPER JAM Adjust the hopper jam procedure in "Service Menu / Settings / Hardware / Hopper / Jam Procedure" to: • If a hopper jam occurs, left amount is handpay. • If a hopper jam occurs, the hopper jam has to be cleared.
ROUBLESHOOTING CLEARING BILL JAM Follow these procedures to clear a bill jam in a JCM™ UBA-type bill acceptor. Remove the Transport Unit If the acceptor is mounted to the machine cabinet, it is necessary to pull out the transport unit in order to clear a bill jam or for preventive maintenance.
ROUBLESHOOTING CLEARING COIN IN JAM To clear a coin jam in the coin-in assembly, follow these steps. 1. Open the maindoor and make sure that the coin acceptor is not active (front LED is not lit). 2. Gently bend the spring clip to the left until it re- leases the coin acceptor.
