6.3 Shared Memory Writing Program
The high-level instruction "F151" is used to write data to the shared memory in the S-LINK unit. For
specific information on using the instruction, refer to the "FP series Programming Manual".

Explanation
Writes n words of the initial data from the area specified by S2 of the CPU or control unit to the address
