Description: Setting the speeds (50GbE and 100GbE) for the new devices (Connect-
X 6 and above, Quantum switches and above) requires specifying the number of
lanes for the speed:
mstlink -d <dev> --speeds [50G_2X | 50G_1X | 100G_2X | 100G_4X]
For PRBS mode, to work with PAM4 speeds, use the same speed naming for
(50GbE, and 100GbE).
