Part 3: Installation Exhaust hood is equipment that remove the smokes and fragrances while cooking process. With a vent hood, your kitchen will be free from oil particles that may produce bad odor. Check the capability of the wall where the exhaust hood will be installed. - Page 7 Reassembly the control panel and tighten using 4screws. Connect the exhaust pipe on the exhaust hole in the unit. OPERATING METHODS MODENA Exhaust Hood has 2 (two) operating methods as follows: DUCTING / EXHAUST System: • In this method, the exhaust hood operates by sucking the smoke / smells produces in cooking and then releasing it out using the exhaust pipe.

However, there are several things you can do to maintain the quality as follows: Cleaning the Cabinet: To clean the surface of exhaust hood cabinet from sticky oil particles, use a cloth / sponge and soap water and then dry it out. -
