Notes:
The dustproof net can be bought alone from Hillstone. You are suggested to

back up the dustproof nets (including a dustproof net of the plastic panel and
a dustproof net of the fan tray). When the dustproof net which is in use need
to be replaced, you can replace it by the backup one.
When you install the air inlet, the blue triangle on the air inlet should face up,
l
in order to prevent installing upside down.

Replacing an Air Filter of SG-6000-X7180

The air filter is inside the fan tray of SG-6000-X7180. To avoid system overheating, install the fan
tray with a replacement air filter immediately after it is removed.
To replace the air filter, take the following steps:
1. Remove the fan tray according the Step 1 to 4 in
2. Place the fan tray on the operation table with mesh-side up.
3. Loosen all the screws on the outer mesh using a cross screwdriver.
4. Take out the air filter set and place it on the operation table with inner mesh pointing
upwards.
5. Loosen all the screws on the inner mesh with a cross screwdriver.
6. Remove the inner mesh to reveal the air filter.
