OPERATIONAL INSTRUCTIONS

SEAT ADJUSTMENT
Proper seat adjustment is important. There is a rail on the MAIN FRAME(10) for sliding the SEAT
SLIDER(15) to allow users to adjust the position of the SEAT(19) for effi cient exercise.
1. Refer to the detail view below. Push down the LEVER(17) to unlock the SEAT SLIDER(15) until the
SEAT(19) can be moved. Slide the SEAT(19) to the desired position. Lock the SEAT SLIDER(15) in
position by pulling the LEVER(17) upward to lock the SEAT SLIDER(15) securely.
2. Sit on the seat and place your feet on the pedals. You should be able to move through a complete
pedal stroke without locking your knees or shifting your hips on the seat. The seat is too close to the
pedals if you have more than a slight bend in your knees at the bottom of the pedal stroke. The seat
is too far from the pedals if you have to completely straighten your knees at the bottom of the pedal
stroke.
CAUTION: Always pull the LEVER(17) upward to securely tighten the SEAT SLIDER(15) after adjusting
the SEAT(19) to a new position.
14
CAUTION:
Do not use the HANDRAIL
(18) to raise or lower your
full body weight.
