Always use of an air line lubricator with these tools.
We recommend the following Filter- - Regulator- - Lubricator
(FRL) Unit:
For International- - No. C28- - C4- - FKG0
For U.S.A. - - No. C28- - 04- - FKG0- - 28
After each 48 hours of operation, or as experience
indicates, remove the Oil Plug Screw (3) and check oil
level in the impact mechanism. If oil level is low, drain
old oil and add 1- - 3/8 oz (40 cc) of Ingersoll- - Rand No. 50
Oil to the impact mechanism. Replace Oil Plug and
tighten securely.

Setting the Power Regulator
Model LA158 Impact Wrench incorporates a power
regulator (43). To set tool to full power, turn the knob
counterclockwise until knob stops. To reduce power, turn
the knob clockwise until desired power is reached.
