When the transmitter battery is low, the siren will generate 5 rapid
chirps when the alarm is disarmed.

Alarm sounding is limited to ten 30-second siren duration cycles to
meet European criteria and local noise pollution laws.

The built-in battery back-up siren protects the system if a thief discon-
nects power and/or cuts or tampers with the power supply wires while
the system is armed. If system power is lost the siren will sound for five
minutes and then reset.
