DANGER! Electric shock hazard!
The device can cause injuries due to improper installation!
Before installation and connecting the local power grid
specification should be compared with that of the device
(see rating plate). Connect the device only in case of
compliance!

The power supply circuit with the socket must be protected by the fuse of at least 16A.
Connect the device directly to a single grounded socket. Do not use any power bar or
multiple socket.

5.2 Operation

Prepare the device

Before first use clean thoroughly the device and removable elements, then dry the
cleaned surfaces and accessories. Follow instructions in section 6 "Cleaning".
Water pan

Place the cleaned water pan in the designated
handle in the bottom of the device.
The water pan is used to produce humidity in the
hot display so that the food does not dry out too
fast (particularly important for baking products).

Fill up the water pan with water, if necessary.
NOTE!
Do not overfill with water.
Check the water level in the water pan, add water if necessary.

Attach the bottom grid and top shelf in the device with the designated shelf holders.
