HOT SURFACE! Risk of burns!
During the operation the housing, glass panels and door
become very hot.
Do not touch them to avoid burns. Operate the device with
designated control elements and handles.
NOTE!
Before you place the required food in the hot display make sure that the set
temperature has been reached.

Glass panels are pre-heated, which should prevent accumulation of condensed water
when placing food in the hot display.

In the meantime, prepare required warm food and fill the appropriate containers or
plates with the food.

Open the lifting door at the operator
side and place the warm food in the
hot display on the bottom grid or top
shelf.

Close the door of the hot display to
minimize temperature loss. The food
will be kept warm at the selected
temperature.

When the temperature in the hot display falls down, the heating-up is on again and the
heating-up orange indicator is on again.
WARNING! Risk of burns!
Food containers and pots become very hot. Use protective
gloves or kitchen towels to handle hot food.
