o Remove the top shelf, bottom grid and water pan from the device. Clean the removed
parts with warm water and mild cleaning agent. Rinse with clean water and dry
thoroughly with a soft cloth.
o Wipe the side glass, front glass, and top glass and lifting door of the device if
necessary, with a soft, damp cloth. Use soft cleaning agent when required.
o Clean the botton panel with a soft, damp cloth making sure that no humidity access
the ventilation slots.
o Dry all cleaned surfaces thoroughly.
o Remove the crumb tray from underneath the device, clean it thoroughly with warm
water and mild cleaning agent. Dry it and replace in the holder underneath the
device.
o Finally, place the water in the designated opening in the bottom panel, place the
bottom grid and top shelf on the shelf holders.
When the device will not be used for a longer time:
o Turn the device off using the ON/OFF switch and uplug;
o Remove all the food from the display;
o Clean the device from inside and outside as instructed above;
o Wipe the device and dry thoroughly;
o Leave the lifting door open until the device becomes completely dry.
