    3. Transport, packaging and storage 3.1 Delivery check Please check the delivery upon completeness and transport damage immediately after receipt. In case of visible damage do not accept or accept the delivery with reservation only. Note the extent of damage on the carrier’s bill of delivery. Trigger off the complaint. Hidden damages should be reclaimed immediately after notice, as claims for damages can only be asserted within the effective period for complaints.

    5. Installation and operation 5.1 Installation Positioning  Unpack the device and remove and dispose of all package materials according to the environment protection regulations.  Put the device on an even, stable, dry and waterproof surface which is resistant to high temperature.

    Connection DANGER! Electric shock hazard! The device can cause injuries due to improper installation! Before installation and connecting the local power grid specification should be compared with that of the device (see rating plate). Connect the device only in case of compliance! ...
  • Page 17 Crumb tray  Insert the crumb tray underneath the device to collect any food scraps during operation. LED lighting (Code-No.: 305063)  The device interior is equipped with 4 LED lighting straps attached along the housing edge. Turn on the interior lighting with the designated switch located on the device at the operator side.
  • Page 18 HOT SURFACE! Risk of burns! During the operation the housing, glass panels and door become very hot. Do not touch them to avoid burns. Operate the device with designated control elements and handles. NOTE! Before you place the required food in the hot display make sure that the set temperature has been reached.

     Remove the required food from the operator side and serve. Note: Hot display 305063 is equipped with the lifting door at the front and at the operator side so that the food can be removed from both sides.  When the device is no longer in use, turn it off using ON/OFF switch and disconnect from the power supply (pull the plug!).
  • Page 20 o Remove the top shelf, bottom grid and water pan from the device. Clean the removed parts with warm water and mild cleaning agent. Rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. o Wipe the side glass, front glass, and top glass and lifting door of the device if necessary, with a soft, damp cloth.
