Configuring Auto Attendant Parameters

The number to which the users dial in to access the menu can be set in the input box titled 'Auto Attendant Number'.
The second part of the page allows you to select the preferred voice prompts. The drop down list contains all the voice
prompts that have been uploaded by the user. The various prompts given and their use is given below.
Welcome Message - Played at the start of the first menu. This can contain the greeting message.
Transfer Message - Played when the user is forcefully transferred to the operator. eg. When there is no input.
Error Message - Played when the digit dialed by the user is unrecognizable or invalid in the context of the current
menu.
Retry Message - Played when there is no input from the user for an interval of 6 seconds.
Music on hold - Played when the call is being transferred.

Configuring Menus

Click on main menu or holiday menu hyperlink to get to the menu configuration screen. Each option to be presented
as a part of the menu can be configured here. The top half of the page can be used for configuring and adding the
menu options and the bottom half lists the menu items that have been configured. You can specify the Key that activates
each option, the voice prompt to be played to announce the availability of that option and the action to be performed
when that key is pressed by the user.
Each of the parameters that can be configured for the menu options is explained below.
Key: This is the DTMF digit that activates the menu option. If the user dials this digit the action specified will be
executed.
Prompt: Select the voice prompt that describes the menu option here. eg. "Dial zero to contact sales". The voice prompts
