    DM588 Digital Mobile Radio User Manual 5.3 Emergency Alarm Under emergency, you can send an emergency alarm to another user or the control center by pressing the Emergency Alarm key. Emergency alarm has the highest priority, so you can send an emergency alarm at any time, no matter the radio is transmitting or receiving traffic.

    DM588 Digital Mobile Radio User Manual 5.10 Stuning/Activating a Radio This function allows you to stun or activate another radio through air signaling. The stunned radio can neither transmit nor receive traffic, but can only be activated through activating signaling. This feature is used to prevent use of the radio without permission or when the radio is lost.
