13 - MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
PERIODIC CLEANING PERFORMED BY A QUALIFIED TECHNICIAN
CLEANING THE EXCHANGER AND PIPE UNIT
CLEANING THE UPPER COMPARTMENT
When the boiler has cooled down lift the front cover; undo the two screws "I" on the cover "H". Remove the two screws "L" and remove
the cover "H".
At this point, remove the two turbulators "G" and using a stiff rod or a bottle brush, clean the internal pipe unit and the turbulators,
removing all of the accumulated ash (fig.4). Check the cover seal and replace it if necessary.
After having cleaned the heat exchanger clean the lower compartment.
ATTENTION: the exchanger must be cleaned at the end of the season by an authorised technician so that any worn
seals may be replaced.
