Function • Selects an exit tray and finishing option at the offset tray.
• To select an exit tray and finishing option when a optional offset tray is installed.

Setting • The default setting is MAIN TRAY.

NOTE
• This menu is available only when a offset tray is installed.
• The setting in the printer driver overrides the setting in this menu.
• OFFSET function is available only for the following media sizes.
Paper size: 89 to 216 mm in width and 140 to 356 mm in length

Function
• Selects whether or not to use a shift function for each job that prints to the offset tray.
Use
Setting • The default setting is OFF.

• This menu is available only when a offset tray is installed.
• This setting is disabled when "SUB TRAY" or "OFFSET" is selected for [FIN-
ISHING].
• This function is available only for the following media sizes.
