To make a new call while on hold:
1. When you have a call on hold, use the dial pad to enter the number you wish
to dial.
2. Call the number by pressing an idle line key (L1 to L4),
SPEAKER.

Switching between two calls

If you are managing two calls, you can switch between them by one of the
following ways:
Press the flashing line key (L1 to L4) of the call you want to pick up.
