Using the Handset
This section describes how to use the handset to make calls and answer calls.
This section also describes how to put calls on hold, transfer calls, and create
conference calls.
Idle screen
The Idle screen appears after the phone is connected and
configured for your SIP PBX service. The Idle screen indicates
that you have no active or held calls.
From the Idle screen, you can press:

CALLS

LINE
When you make a call, the phone will use this account.

Making calls
You can make calls to any phone number (an outside call), or you can call
another handset (an internal call).
To make an outside call:
1. Use the dial pad to enter the desired number.

Press
BACKSP
2. Call the number by pressing an idle line key (L1 to L4),
SPEAKER.
When the call is answered, the active call screen appears.

LINE

p to select the dialing line (account).

4. Use the keypad to enter the desired number.
The call will dial automatically when you have finished entering the number.
