ONTROL
Use for replacement the Display Control Panel (Laminate), ADVANTECH P/N 355-100850-
004.
In order to remove and replace the Display Control Panel (Laminate), follow the next procedure:
- shut-off the unit from the circuit breaker and unplug the unit from the primary AC
power outlet;
- remove the electrical connections from Monitor and Control Board flat-band cables J5:
A4-P12 (for LED) and from J7: D1 (for KEYPAD), noting the place and the position of
each removed connector in order to be able to re-place them exactly in the same place
and in the same position for each connection;
- remove the Laminate Panel by ungluing it from the Front Panel; pull out the flat-band
cables through the rectangular hole in the Front Panel;
- replace the Laminate with a new one: peel out the brown paper protection from the
Laminate, pass the two flat-band cables with connectors through the rectangular opening
in the Front Panel and carefully glue the Laminate in place on the Front Panel;
- re-connect the two connectors exactly in the same place and in the same position as they
were connected for the replaced Laminate.
