    Installing Front Wheels Place a washer onto the axle shaft. Insert bushing into both sides of wheel and slide wheel onto the axle shaft Place another washer onto the axle shaft and slip the cotter pin through hole in axle and spread ends of cotter pin to secure the assembly.

    Installing the Seat Prior to installing the seat it is necessary to connect the battery. Locate the wire with slide terminal crimped on one end. Slip the slide terminal over the spade terminal on the battery. Set the seat in the appropriate position on the car.
