Adjusting the Rollers
Mount the rollers in the lower position when operating
in height-of-cuts higher than 64 mm (2-1/2 inches) and
in the higher position when operating in heights of cut
lower than 64 mm (2-1/2 inches).
1.
Disengage the PTO, move the motion-control
levers to the N
EUTRAL
the parking brake.
2.
Move the throttle lever to the S
stop the engine, remove the key, and wait for
all moving parts to stop before leaving the
operating position.
3.
Raise the front of the machine and support it on
jack stands.
4.
Remove the fasteners securing each roller on
your mower deck, and move the rollers up or
down as desired; refer to
Figure 51
as applicable for your mower.
