2. Click Options on the Vector Pro screen menu bar and select
Advanced Mode. Verify that the 'Default' box is checked for
trigger sensitivity, located in the lower left corner.
3. If the ball image is cut off at the side of the screen, use the setup
template to verify that you are teeing up the ball correctly.
4. If your swing speed with an iron is less than 80 mph, change the
Delay setting in Advanced Mode to Medium.
5. Tee up the ball a bit closer to the center line straight out from the
Vector Pro lenses, still 14 inches away from the unit.
I am getting strange or incorrect readings.
This may be due to lighting conditions, loss of calibration, incorrect
system preferences or low battery.
1. Repeat the focus, brightness and calibration steps in the Setup
Wizard to ensure that the brightness is set to
2. Make sure the ball is marked properly, and that the software is
reading the marks, not a spot or logo.
3. If the problem persists, click Options/ Preferences in the menu bar
on the Vector Pro screen, and make sure the wind speed, altitude
and temperature settings are correct.
4. If the battery is low, charge it or use an alternate power source.
The ball image screen is completely white.
1. Go through the Setup Wizard and confirm that the aperture
ring(s) on the camera lenses is not completely closed (in the full
clockwise position.
2. Go to Options>Advanced Mode and verify that the 'Mono' box is
not checked.
In Setup Wizard one or both of the camera images is either black
or white.
Use the Setup Wizard to reset the camera brightness. While looking at
the camera image, turn the aperture all the way counter-clockwise and
then all the way clockwise to be sure the image darkens and brightens.
If the problem persists, contact Customer Support.
