TURNING THE CAMERA ON AND OFF

The Power button is located on the back of the
camera.
To turn the camera on and off:
1. Press the
• The camera will beep when it is turned On or Off.
• When the camera is powered on, the LCD will
automatically turn on.
2. To turn off the camera, hold down the Power
button for a few seconds. (fig.1.2)
Note:
• To extend battery life, the camera will
automatically power off after 60 seconds of
inactivity. To change this setting, place refer to
page 41.
• Please peel off the thin protective plastic film on
the LCD before use.
