INSTRUCTIONS FOR POOL UNDERLAY USE

Note: The pool underlay is not part of the pool package.
The material for pool underlays is a non-woven fabric, which is made of 100% poly-
propylene or polyester staple. It is also used to protect pool liners and their separa-
tion from the ground.
Pool underlay properties
The fibres from which the underlay is made are subject to light aging (so-called
photodegradation) after a certain time. Therefore, it is inappropriate to store the
pool underlay freely. It must be stored in a carton or foil that is stabilized against
UV radiation.
The nonwoven fabric is resistant to technical gasoline, perchlorine, oil and other
chemicals of a similar nature, to fungi and microorganisms.
It is not harmful to health.
Laying the underlay for a pool
with earth mound
Install the pool underlay once
you have assembled the pool
wall and made the inner earth
mound out of sifted dredged
sand. Unroll the underlay at the
bottom inside the pool, centre
it and smooth out any folds. Cut
the underlay a few inches above
the earth mound.
