SWIMMING POOL WALL ASSEMBLY

1. BUILD THE SWIMMING POOL WALL
a. Wait for a calm sunny day. Do not try to put up the pool wall on a windy day. Get
help from at least one adult.
b. Unpack the coiled pool wall and place it in the pool area on a piece of plywood
(see Figure 3-3). Pre-punched holes for the pool skimmer must be on top of the
wall.
Important note: Before unrolling the wall, make sure in which direction the wall
is wound. Depending on this, unfold the wall
either to the right or to the left.
c. Start unrolling the wall [1] and at the same
time insert its bottom edge into the bottom
frame. The openings for the pool skimmer
and the return nozzle must be close to the
place where the filter device will be located.
d. Continue around the entire foundation until
the entire wall is unfolded and set into the
bottom frame..
2. CONNECT THE ENDS OF THE
SWIMMING POOL WALL
a. Align the holes at the two ends of the pool
wall.
Tip: Insert a screwdriver through the two oppo-
site holes to make it easier to align the ends of
the wall.
b. To get the holes against each other, make
the circle that the pool wall forms bigger or
smaller by pushing the bottom frame out of
or into the centre of the circle with your feet
(see Fig. 3-5).
c. Check that the bottom frame is really a circle
by measuring the distance from the centre
stake.
d. Now measure the last free bottom rail and
shorten it to the required length (see detail in
Fig. 3-5). Close the lower frame by connecting
the shortened bottom rail to the rest with
connecting pins.
e. Join the ends of the pool wall (see Fig. 3-6).
Insert a bolt [A] from inside the pool into each
pair of holes aligned and screw on a nut [B].
The bolt heads are inside the pool and all nuts
are outside the pool.
f. First tighten the joints by hand. Finally, when
all the joints are in place, tighten them firmly
with tools.
