BALL. The versatile BALANCE TRAINING BALL can
be used for a variety of fun and challenging exercises
that develop balance and agility while strengthening and
toning the muscles and conditioning the cardiovascular
system.
For your safety and bene t, read this manual and
watch the included DVD before using the BALANCE
TRAINING BALL. If you have questions, see HOW
TO CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE on the back of this
manual.

The decal shown below has been placed on the platform
of the BALANCE TRAINING BALL in the location shown.
If the decal is missing or illegible, call Customer
Care and request a free replacement decal. Apply
the decal in the location shown.

Do not use this product in a commercial,

level, non-slip surface. Make sure that there
is adequate clearance around this product.

heat sources, and direct sunlight. Do not
leave this product in an automobile where it
may be exposed to high temperatures.
7. Inspect this product before each use
for worn spots and cracks. Do not use
this product or attempt to repair it if it is
damaged.
8. Inflate this product only as described in
this manual. Improper inflation may result
in damage to this product and will void the
warranty.
9. This product should not be used by per-
sons weighing more than 250 lbs. (113 kg).
10. Keep children under age 12 and pets away
from this product.
11. Over exercising may result in serious
injury or death. If you feel faint or if you
experience pain while exercising, stop
immediately and cool down.
