    The supply water to the UC50e must be a minimum of 140°F at 30 PSI (Pounds per Square Inch). If it is less than 30 PSI dynamic pressure a pressure pump must be installed to guarantee optimal machine operation.

    Do not use bleach or chlorine based detergents. • At the end of the day, it is advisable to leave the dishwasher door open. It is advisable to replace the tank water by refilling the tank at least every 20 wash cycles, or twice a day.
