Trouble Shooting:
Q1. If remote control is not working, please take considerations of following reasons and ways to resolve
the problems:
1. Without pointing to the receiver directly? Please point the remote control straight toward the receiver.
2. The battery is dead? Please change another new battery.
3. The battery terminals are in wrong position? Reverse the position of battery terminals.
4. Obstacle between the remote control and the receiver? Remove obstacle.
5. Please use the remote control at the range of 7 meters in front of the receiver.
Q2. The TV signal shows on screen in silence.
1. Check if the TV channel you're watching is the only one in silence.
2. Check if the "MUTE" function is on.
3. Re-connect the signal cable or power cord
4. If the above actions still cannot resolve the problem, please contact your dealer or store where you purchased the
product.
Q3. The TV tuner cannot detect most of the CATV channels
1. Make sure the setting of OSD Country is correct. (Please refer to Page 6)
2. Check if OSD set to "TV" by mistaken.
3. Reset the OSC to "CATV" and do channel auto-scan again.
4. If the above actions still cannot resolve the problem, please contact your dealer or store where you purchased the
product.
