REASON To verify the left and right wing aileron quadrant lower guard attach rivets are correctly installed and do not touch the aileron quadrant or cables.

SERVICE LETTER Citation SL560XL-27-07 WARRANTY Eligibility: Affected airplanes that were still within the Cessna five (5) year airframe warranty period on the original issue of this service letter. Parts: Authorized Citation Service Facilities, individual operators, or other maintenance facilities may submit a Credit Claim Form for the parts kit(s) required for accomplishment of this service letter, provided the work is completed and the claim submitted by the expiration date shown below.

SERVICE LETTER Citation SL560XL-27-07 Remove each aileron that does not have the rivet butts on the upper surface of the lower guard installed to specification. (Refer to the Maintenance Manual, Chapter 27, Aileron Control Cables - Maintenance Practices.) If the left aileron must be removed, prior to aileron removal, record the amount of aileron trim tab deflection when the aileron trim control knob is centered.
