3 INSTALLATION
The GAS console must be installed by qualified personnel. All the connections must comply with on force standards
and be made in full compliance with safety regulations (see CEI 26-23 / IEC-TS 62081).
Make sure the supply cable is disconnected during all the installation steps.
Carefully keep to the earth connection diagram shown on Appendix.
3�1 Unpacking and assembly
Fix the gas console PGC-H2 to the bottom of the PGC-D gas console, following the steps highlighted below:
1. Unscrew the feet of the gas console, place the connection plate on the bottom of the console and screw the feet
back on.
2. Fix the connection plate to the gas console PGC-H2 using the dedicated fixing screws (2 in the rear and 2 in the
front)
3�2 Connecting the Gas Console
As shown in the figure below, connect:
1. the connection with 10-way connector in the relative connectors
2. the gas pipe between the "plasma cutflow" outlet of PGC-D gas console and the upper part of the T-fitting of the
gas console PGC-H2
