Charging time is longer than expected for the charging procedure:

Possible cause
Different values are set for the charge current on
the E-Scooter and on the charging cable with ad-
justable charge current
Operational readiness cannot be switched on:
Possible cause
Side stand folded out
Start without applying brake

12V battery dead
Remedy
Set the desired charge current both in the Setup
menu on the E-Scooter and on the charging cable
with adjustable charge current.
Remedy
Side stand folded in
Start with brake applied.
Charge 12V battery ( 96).
