Activating FaxPress Plus, the FaxPress Enterprise Redundant Client Software
After installing the FaxPress Plus client, the FaxPress Enterprise Redundant must be activated with a
Software Activation Key, determined by the unit's serial number. Activation will allow the FaxPress Plus
client software and associated FaxPress Enterprise Redundant Email Gateways to function.
To use FaxPress Plus to access Castelle's Activation Key request page and obtain the Software Activation
Key, follow these steps:
1. Launch and login to the FaxPress Plus client,
select the

4. Once you've retrieved the Software Activation Key from the Castelle web site, return to the
dialog box and select the
16-digit Activation Key code in the

The Software Activation Key can be obtained at any time by going directly to the Activation Key
Request page on the Castelle web site, at
