Safety
Pebble Plus general instructions
1. You are personally responsible for the safety of
your baby at all times.
2. Never hold your baby on your lap when driving.
3. Do not use the Pebble Plus for more than 5
years.
4. Do not use second-hand products where the
history is unknown.
5. Replace the Pebble Plus after an accident.
6. Read this instruction manual carefully and keep
it in the storage compartment in the Pebble Plus.
7. Only use accessories or spare parts sold or
approved by the manufacturer. Using other
accessories could be dangerous.
8. Do not use the Pebble Plus without the cover.
WARNING:
Do not make any changes to the
Pebble Plus whatsoever, as this could affect the
performance of the car seat and render it unsafe.
Pebble Plus and your baby
1. Never leave your baby unattended.
2. Always secure your baby with the harness belt.
3. Before every use, make sure the harness is not
damaged or twisted.
4. Make sure you can fit no more than one finger
between the harness and your baby (1cm).
If there is more space than 1 cm, tighten the
harness belt further.
5. Only use the support pillow of the Pebble Plus
when the shoulder belts are in the lowest
position.
WARNING:
Never place the Pebble Plus on an
elevated surface (such as a table or chair).
Pebble Plus car use
1. If possible, always use the ISOFIX guides (T)
when the Pebble Plus is used in combination
with the 2wayFix base.
2. Always check to make sure the car seat can be
installed properly in your car before purchasing it.
3. Make sure the fold-down rear seat is locked into
position.
4. Prevent the Pebble Plus from becoming trapped
or weighed down by luggage, seats and/or
slamming doors.
5. Make sure that all luggage and other objects are
secure.
6. The safest place for your baby is the rear of your
vehicle, however if you need to install the Pebble
Plus in the front passenger seat, please ensure
that any airbag is deactivated.
7. Only use a forward-facing seat that is fitted with
a 3-point safety belt that complies with the ECE
R16 standard.
8. Make sure the car safety belt buckle runs in a
straight line and stays below the belt hook of the
Pebble Plus.
9. The car safety belt must be threaded tight along
all blue markings. For a proper installation, check
the instruction in this manual and the sticker on
the side of the Pebble Plus.
10. Always cover the Pebble Plus when exposed to
direct sunlight in the car. Otherwise, the cover,
metal and plastic parts could become too hot for
your child's skin.

WARNING:
Install the Pebble Plus only
rearward-facing in the car.
Pebble Plus in aeroplanes
• Installation of the Pebble Plus on an aircraft seat
differs from the installation on a car seat.
• Installing the Pebble Plus with a 2-point safety
belt is only allowed when used in an aircraft.
• In an aircraft, the Pebble Plus may only be used
on forward-facing passenger seats.
• The belt buckle must not be positioned within
the belt guiding of the Pebble Plus. Otherwise a
safe attachment does not exist.
• The Pebble Plus mest remain belted on the
aircraft seat, even when unoccupied.
• The Pebble Plus is only for use on an aircraft seat
authorized by the airline.
• The safety of your child for not complying with
the installation and instruction manual is not
guaranteed.
Pebble Plus maintenance instructions
1. The cover, cushions and belt pads of the Pebble
Plus can be removed in order for these to be
cleaned. They can be machine-washed. The
flexible plastic edge can be cleaned with water,
soap and a soft cloth.
2. Only use the official cover as this is an integral
part of the safety.
3. Keep the Pebble Plus clean. Do not use
lubricants or aggressive cleaning agents.
