Step 9: Attach panel A to panel G and H with 4 long screws [W], as shown in Fig. I.
Step 10: Attach wire passage [R] to panel B, as shown in Fig. J.
Step 11: Attach panels E to the unit, as shown in Fig. K.

Step 12: Attach door hinges [Q] to left door [M] and right door [N] with 8 mounting screws
[T] (2 screws for each door hinge). Attach door handles [Pb] to left and right
door [M and N] with door handle screws [Pa]. See Fig. L.
Step 13: Attach left and right door [M and N] to panels G and H with 8 mounting screws
[T] (2 screws on each door hinge), as shown in Fig. M.
Step 14: Foam tape (Z1) has been provided to protect your fireplace mantel. Remove the
backing paper from the foam tape.
Step 15: Attached the foam tape to the left and right side flanges of the insert, as shown
in Fig. N. The foam tape should be spaced about 10 – 15 mm (0.4 – 0.6 in) from
the front edge of the insert.
