Step 3: Attach panels Da, Db, Dc and Dd together with 4 long screws [W]. Attach panel D
to panels Da, Db, Dc and Dd with 12 long screws [W]. See Fig. C.
Step 4: Attach panel G, H, I and J to panel D with 8 long screws [W]. See Fig. D.
