The program is suited for those who want to define muscles in the areas
in which traditional exercise movements for muscle development are
not sufficient. Intensity: from intermediate to high. However, this effect
may be avoided by performing stretching exercises before and after the
session or a winding- down program. The program is suitable for to those
who wish to achieve muscular definition in those areas where traditional
muscular development exercises are insufficient.
Intensity: intermediate to high.
MASS BUILDING: specific program for those who want to increase muscle
volume and mass. Intensity: maximum muscular contraction, on the
verge of pain threshold. It is recommended to execute a muscle warm-

TENS

Uses the mechanisms of the nervous system to relieve both acute and
chronic pain. Pulses are spread through nerves in order to stop pain
propagation. The analgesic effect is obtained while the program is
executed and it can last for a few hours. Its duration varies. TENS programs
also improve circulation. Place the electrodes on the aching area. It can
be used any time pain relieve is needed. Warning! TENS programs relieve
pain but do not eliminate its cause. If pain persists, consult the physician!
TENS (Antalgic-Endorphinic): relieves pain and relaxes the muscle
effectively. The TENS program uses the mechanisms of the nervous
system to relieve both acute and chronic pain. Pulses are spread through
nerves in order to stop pain propagation. Muscle relaxation increases
circulation and helps muscle relaxation. It can be used any time pain
relieve and muscle relaxation are needed. Warning! TENS programs
relieve pain but do not eliminate its cause. If pain persists, consult the
physician! Intensity: ANTALGIC TENS: non-painful tingling sensation. It is
not supposed to induce any muscle contraction. ENDORPHINIC TENS:
visible muscle vibrations.
TENS (Cervical pains, Lumbago, Periarthritis, Epicondylitis, Sciatica, ...):
uses the mechanisms of the nervous system to relieve both acute and
chronic pain. Pulses are spread through nerves in order to stop pain
propagation. This program alternates stimulations with slight contractions
that stimulate endorphin release. Warning! TENS programs relieve pain
but do not eliminate its cause. If pain persists, consult the physician!
Intensity: non-painful tingling sensation.
