SUBSTITUTING COMPONENTS
ATTENTION! Before carrying out any substitutions, make sure that the appliance is
disconnected from the electric mains.
Replacing of the heating element of the glass ceramic electric cooker
In order to replace the heating element, unscrew the control panel, unloose the fixing screws of the
frame and take it off, unloose the connection wires of the heating element paying attention to hold
upside the open part of the heating element during the replacing.
Power regulator of the glass ceramic plate.
In order to replace the power regulator of the glass ceramic plate, unscrew the fixing screws of the
instrument panel, remove it, than unplug the electric wires and replace the component. Once
replaced it, plug the wires again referring to the electrical scheme.
Wheel of the electric oven
For the replacement of the electric oven it is necessary to unscrew the fixing screws of the
protection shield, remove it, then unscrew the blocking nut of the wheel and take it away. Then
replace it. For the assembling proceed on the contrary way.
Motor of the electric oven
For the replacement of the motor of the electric oven proceed firstly as described in the preceding
paragraph: dismount the wheel, and then go through the back side of the oven by removing the back
sheet of the machine. After removing the electric cables unscrew the fixing screws that fix the
motor to the support and remove the motor from the support.
Electric components of the electric oven
For the replacement of the selector and of the thermostat of the electric oven, it is necessary to
unscrew the fixing screws of the control board, remove it, then disconnect the electric cables of the
component and replace it. After the replacement, connect the electric cables following the
instructions of the wiring diagram.
Electric oven elements
To substitute the elements of the oven, it is necessary to take out the grill in wire grill, the bottom,
the top diffuser and the grill holders. Then unscrew the fixing screws of the element to be
substituted, remove it from the support from the other side and remove it including the wiring, then
disconnect it.
WHEN SUBSTITUTING, ONLY ORIGINAL SPARE PARTS SUPPLIED BY THE
MANUFACTURER MUST BE USED. THE OPERATION MUST BE CARRIED OUT BY
AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL.
