WARNINGS General Read the instructions carefully before installation, use and maintenance of the appliance. The installation has to be performed by qualified personnel following the manufacturer’s instructions given in the provided manual. The appliance is only suitable for the preparation and cooking of food in industrial kitchens such as those used in restaurants, hospitals, company canteens, cooking centres, butcher’s shops and food production firms.
